The continuous review of production processes and products as well as reflected, self-critical work on the different levels of administration, development and production guarantee a qualitative and performance-related further development of the individual company divisions and result in the highest quality of goods and customer satisfaction.
We guarantee quality with our independent quality assurance department. In addition, processes along the entire value chain are regularly monitored within the framework of internal and external audits.

3D CMM
Hexagon
We have 3 Hexagon coordinate measuring machines. All the workpiece will go through a complete test before entering the next process, to ensure that the accuracy fully meets the requirements.
Profile Projector
Easson
We have 3 Easson profile projectors. They help us to assist the CMM check, and used for plastic molding product size test and other work. It's an important source of reporting data.
Other Equipments
Others
We have a large number of advanced equipment and instruments to ensure that all our work can be fully guaranteed. Commonly used equipment like hardness, detector, caliper, and so on.
